In TRIBU REGGIO they are called "accompaniers" and what they do, as their name suggests, is to accompany all the children in this new experience they are living. They accompany them in their emotions, in their learning... and always with respect, love, knowledge and example.
Through observation and documentation, they are able to understand what each child needs, where he or she is at, etc.
It's also important to know that the accompaniers are in continuous training and learning, both through direct contact with the children, as well as with the staff, who are always expanding to complete their different training courses.
